Petmasters is expanding with the opening of their store in Humewood.
After having several customers ask them when they are opening on the beachfront, they finally found a premises that reflects who they are at Humerail Centre – a family centre “where everyone knows you and where relationships and good value are appreciated.”
“We’ve heard you Humewood! We’re here for all your pets’ needs, and wants – just behind the blue wall in Shop 4 at Humerail Centre in Humewood,” says Mandy Rathbone, Regional Manager.
Petmasters has deep roots of more than a decade in the local community with the original store opening at the Boardwalk in 2010.
Over time, with the input of Port Elizabeth’s finest local minds, it evolved into Canine Pet Boutique & Deli with stores in Walker Drive Shopping Centre, Sunridge Village, 115 Heugh Road in Walmer, Cleary Park Shopping Centre and Fountains Mall in Jeffrey’s Bay.
In November 2021 they updated their name to Petmasters, in a move which Mandy tells us, reflects their commitment to the needs of the community with a defining brand to unite the shops.
Each of the stores caters for the customers that frequent it and there’s always something new and exciting available. They’re privileged to support locally made products as well as having competitive prices for imported items.
