EP Media has hosted its annual Staff Awards after a two-year break due to COVID-19.
The ‘70s themed event was held at the PE Deep Sea Angling Club on Friday evening.
Editorial and Advertising awards were handed out, as well as Publisher’s Awards for staff members who live the Media24 values of Courage, Integrity, Accountability and Respect and who were instrumental in the division’s successes in the past two years.

Media24 publishes five free local newspapers throughout the Eastern Cape. These are the Port Elizabeth Express, UD Express, Kouga Express, Mthatha Express and Komani-Karoo Express.
Port Elizabeth Express Advertising Sales Representative of the Year, Maro Swanepoel could not attend the event due to undergoing back surgery last week. A live WhatsApp call allowed her to attend the event virtually and accept her two prizes for PE Express Rep of the Year and for Digital Sales Rep of the Year.
