Detectives in Algoa Park have opened an inquest following the fatal fall of a 6-year-old boy from the SAPS residential flats in Algoa Park this morning, August 3.
According to police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu, the circumstances surrounding the death is yet to be established.
“The child who identified as Liabona Plaatjies fell from a bedroom window on the 11th floor,” said Naidu.
“The investigation is ongoing.”
